MANAGEMENT

As an engineering assistant manager, I managed a team of 12 technicians and   clerk in supporting a manufacturing facility.  

My responsibilities included:

Development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and equipment for new and existing products

Designing fixtures and special tools 

Training and evaluating employees

Setting up, implementing and maintaining the document control & management system (compliant with the ISO, GMP, and AIB standards)

Also, I worked closely with the plant manager to

Plan, purchase, install, arrange and design the facilities layout

Choose qualified vendors

Maintain liaison with associated departments

In addition, I provide and manage technical troubleshooting support for all facilities, including the electrical power system, plumbing and sewer system, steam and compressed air system, building structure, and PLC-electrical-hydraulic-pneumatic- mechanical equipment.
