A new overflow filling machine had 12 bottle filling head, which consistes three system: filling, suction, and machine rotation.  All three system were driven by VFC (Variable Frequency Controller) system.

The machine was not in properly functioning condition when it was installed in production floor. Some bottles were overflowed, and the others were unfulfilled.

After carefully inspection, it was found that the adjusting range of the remote controller at the machine was limited.

Since the main control cabinet on the wall and VFC unites were made by different companies, and the original designer of the machine was not available to help to solve the problem (left the company without leave the correct blue prints), it was tough issue even for the manufacture of the machine.

Through communication with the VFC supplier and obtained the onboard controller, solve the problem by adjusting the 3 systems synchronously.
