A new Induction Welder for the plastic tubing welding process had been left unused for two years because of inacceptable operation result of plastic tubing welding.

It had been sent to the manufactory for troubleshooting, but was shipped back without any repairing. The manufactory said that they didn't find any problem on their product and refuse to do any inspection at it.
