PRODUCTION- Standing Operating Procedure
SOP is a set of written instructions that document a routine or repetitive activity which is followed by employees in an organization.
Normally, SOP components should include:
Cover Sheet with:
  1. Title/SOP Number
  2. Version/Version Date
  3. Supersedes Version XX
  4. Effective Date
  5. Applicable Sites/Departments
  6. Approvals (discuss later)
General Sections
  1. Purpose/Objective
  2. Scope
  3. Responsibilities
  4. Standards/References
  5. Department/Functions Impacted
  6. Methods and Materials
  7. Definitions
  8. Procedure
  9. All Pages should include version, version date and SOP number
