Eleven contaminated package were returned from customer. The customer and QC engineer considered that the contamination might caused by the hairs from ours operators, and the facility might need to be upgraded.

After inspected the packages under microscope, no human's hair was found. According to the location and the properties of the  contamination, the conclusion is that the contamination were the international supplier in China.  

Then, a report with the inspection result and conclusion and suggestions were sent to the suppliers in China.

The success of the project eliminated the issue recurrence, and avoided the unnecessary investment in updating the facility.
